Important! You must agree to the below terms of service before you order any of CINFU services.

If you violate our (TOS) we reserve the right to cease your service without notice. We prefer to advise customers of inapt activities and any necessary corrective action. However, blatant violations of the (TOS) will result in instantaneous termination of service. Our failure to implement this policy, for whatever reason, shall not be interpreted as a waiver of our right to do so at any time.

1. ACCOUNT SETUP AND SERVICES ACTIVATION

1.1. All your ordered services will be activated only after we receive your payment.
1.2. Almost all of our services activation is instant and automatic, but some of our services need manual confirmation and activation, so thank you for your patience!
1.3. We do not provide anonymous hosting services, so you have to provide your real contact details in your order. You can check our Privacy Policy here.
1.4. To prevent fraud or services abuse, all new orders may be checked in a third party frauders/abusers databases.
1.5. We reserve rights to not accept new customer order if order not passes our internal anti-fraud/anti-abuse reviews and checks.

2. CONTENT AND ACTIVITIES

All CINFU services can be used for lawful purposes only! Any illegal or unlawful contents/activities is strictly prohibited. This includes, but not limited to hosting: pirated/illegal copyrighted material, material we judge to be threatening or obscene. Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless CINFU from any claims resulting from the use of our services.
2.1. Totally Unacceptable material and activities:
2.1.1. IRC Bots on shared hosting or reseller hosting.
2.1.2. Warez Sites.
2.1.3. MP3′s (unless You are the Artist).
2.1.4. Password sharing sites.
2.1.5. Public anonymous proxy service (on VPS or dedicated server you can run non-public proxy service for personal use, but only for own legal needs!). TOR is especially prohibited!
2.1.6. Pirated Software, movies, pirated television or movies streaming and etc.
2.1.7. Hacked programs and archives.
2.1.8. Torrent trackers, torrent clients, Rapidleech, DC++ hubs, DC++ clients, Emule and any kind of illegal file sharing or indexing services and clients.
2.1.9. Any abusive activities: hacking, cracking, phishing, scanning, DOS, DDOS, Booters, Stressers, Botnets etc.
2.1.10. We have Zero tolerance to spam! No spam sending! Any kind of unsolicited mail sending is strictly prohibited!
2.1.12. With regards to the sending of Emails, it is forbidden to provide false sender information or to conceal the identity of the sender by other means. We are entitled to block the access if it is not respected.
2.1.11. Child pornography. Hosting, distributing or any activities connected to child pornography will result in instant account blocking and reporting to law enforcements.
2.1.12. Any kind of erotic or pornographic material.
2.1.13. Investment and scam sites: HYIP (High Yeld Investment Programs), Ponzi schemes, PTC, Randomizers, etc.
2.1.14. Gambling and betting sites.
2.1.15. Any kind of extremist materials, hate speech, hatred or defamation oriented materials or websites.
2.1.16. Unlicensed or illegal pharma, drugs or firearms distribution.
2.1.17. Illegal pirated CAM Cardsharing (CCCAM) streaming/services.
2.1.18. Camfrog servers/programs.
2.1.19. Unlicensed financial services, banks, exchanges, etc.
2.1.20. It is strictly not allowed to use servers for cryptomining activities.
2.2. Distribution of Malicious Code:
2.2.1. Distributions of software that attempts to and/or causes damage, harassment, or annoyance to persons, data and/or computer systems are prohibited. In example: viruses, Trojan-horse programs and Internet-based worms. Such an offense will result in the immediate termination of the offending account.
2.3. Any illegal activities and contents which is prohibited by USA or European Union laws is also strictly prohibited in our servers and in our services.

3. SHARED HOSTING SPECIFICATIONS AND LIMITATIONS

3.1. It is prohibited to use shared hosting as top site or banner rotate sites with many different connection activities. Top sites and banner rotate sites can be hosted on VPS or Reseller hosting plans and on dedicated servers.
3.2. It is prohibited to use shared hosting as proxy servers, mass email sending services (bulk mail) even if your subscribes allow this. For legal email sending services you need to order VPS server, Dedicated server or Reseller hosting.
3.3. There is alot of users hosted on our Shared hosting servers, so Shared hosting is compatible with small and average visited sites only. If your website gets alot of visitors and connections, you definitely need dedicated or VPS server, or Reseller hosting plans. It is our discretion to judge load of your website and if your website overload or disturb our shared hosting server, we will offer you transfer to a dedicated or VPS server, or Reseller hosting. In extreme situations we reserve rights to temporary suspend your disturbing website or shared account to prevent server overload and to protect other shared hosting users.
3.4. On shared hosting is prohibited to run: any IRC related stuff, any proxy related sites, any CPU or RAM intensive sites and PHP programms. For CPU intensive sites you need dedicated or VPS server, or Reseller hosting.
3.5. On shared hosting it is prohibited to host any kind of files/images repository sites (Like rapidshare flicr ant etc.). For repository/distribution you need dedicated or VPS server, or Reseller hosting.
3.6. We are making daily and weekly backups of shared hosting users data and it is very possible, that we can restore your lost data from weekly or daily backup, but we did not guarantee that lost data will be restored, so we are not liable for any your data loss and subsequences you may have for your data loss, event if it is our hardware failure.You need to make your own offsite backups of your important data!

4. RESELLER HOSTING SPECIFICATIONS AND LIMITATIONS

4.1. Reseller hosting plans is dedicated VPS server with DirectAdmin control panel, but without root or SSH shell access. You can use your Reseller server for reselling shared hosting services, to host heavy loaded and visited websites. All shared hosting limitations to reseller hosting plans apply, except these:
4.1.1. You can host heavy loaded and visited websites.
4.1.2. You can use Reseller plan for CPU and RAM intensive calculations and PHP programms.
4.1.3. You can make your own proxy site to your own personal lawful usage. (No public proxies!!!)
4.1.4. You can host file backup/repository/distribution websites, but only for lawful purposes. Infringement of Copyright, Patent, Trademark, Trade Secret, or Intellectual Property Right: Distribution and/or posting of copyrighted or the aforementioned infringements will not be tolerated.
4.1.5. On Reseller hosting plans is prohibited to run any IRC related stuff.
4.2. We are making daily and weekly backups of Reseller hosting users data and it is very possible, that we can restore your lost data from weekly or daily backup, but we did not guarantee that lost data will be restored, so we are not liable for any your data loss and subsequences you may have for your data loss, event if it is our hardware failure.You need to make your own offsite backups of your important data!

5. VPS SERVERS SPECIFICATIONS AND LIMITATIONS

5.1. We provide unmanaged VPS servers, so you have to fully manage/reinstall/administer VPS server by yourself.
5.2. We did not offer data backup services for VPS plans, so you have to make your own data offsite backups by yourself. We did not guarantee that lost data will be restored, so we are not liable for any your data loss and subsequences you may have for your data loss, even if it is our hardware failure.You need to make your own offsite backups of your important data!
5.3. With unmanaged VPS server you will get root user and SSH access. You are fully responsible for any of your VPS server activities, even these activities is not performed directly by you. It is your responsibility to keep your VPS server secure and updated! No abusive activity is permited!
5.4. On your VPS server you can run any of services you need, but only for lawful purposes. Totaly unaccepted activities you can find on 2.1. section of this TOS.

6. DEDICATED SERVERS SPECIFICATIONS AND LIMITATIONS

6.1. We provide unmanaged dedicated servers, so you have to fully manage/reinstall/administer your dedicated server by yourself.
6.2. We did not offer data backup services for dedicated servers plans, so you have to make your own data offsite backups by yourself. We did not guarantee that lost data will be restored, so we are not liable for any your data loss and subsequences you may have for your data loss, even if it is our hardware failure.You need to make your own offsite backups of your important data!
6.3. With unmanaged dedicated server you will get root user and SSH access. You are fully responsible for any of your dedicated server activities, even if these activities is not performed directly by you. It is your responsibility to keep your dedicated server secure and updated! No abusive activity is permited!
6.4. On your dedicated server you can run any of services you need, but only for lawful purposes. Totaly unaccepted activities you can find on 2.1. section of this TOS.

7. UNMETERED (UNLIMITED) DATA TRANSFER SPECIFICATION

For our shared hosting, reseller hosting and VPS servers plans we offer burstable up to 100mbps unmetered data transfer. This means, that your data transfer is unmetered and transfer speed my be up to 100mbps. By default there is no special speed limitations, but 100mbps data transfer speed is not a guarantee - in some situations your data transfer speed my be lower and in case of data transfer abuse speed may be limited.

8. PAYMENTS, ORDERS ACTIVATION AND REFUNDS

8.1. All your services will be activated only when we receive your payment. To prevent fraud new orders will be checked and accepted manually by our stuff members, so new orders checking and confirmation may take up to a few hours, but no more than 24h. Thank you for your patience!
8.2. Refund is possible in the first 7 days after service activation. You cannot get refund if there is more than 7 days passed after service activation.
8.3. You can refund payments for these services only:
8.3.1. Shared hosting plan
8.3.2. Reseller hosting plan (with control panel fees deducted)
8.3.3. VPS Server plan
8.3.4. Additional IP address
8.4. You cannot get refund no matter what for these services:
8.4.1. Dedicated servers
8.4.2. Domain registration
8.4.3. DirectAdmin control panel
8.4.4. CPanel control panel
8.4.5. ISPmanager control panel
8.4.6. SSL Digital Certificate
8.5. Payment refund is possible to new customers only. No refund possible for old customers or recurring payments.
8.6. You cannot refund full amount of payment. Refunded amount is calculated by deducting used days and products listed on section 8.4. Also, all payment and refund transactions fees will be deducted from the refund.
8.7. Not all payment methods allow refunding, if you pay by one of methods listed below, you cannot get refund:
8.7.1. Paysafecard.
8.7.2. All payments accepted via Paymentwall payment processor.
8.7.3. All cryptocurrency payments: Bitcoin, Ethereum ETH, Ether Classic, Dogecoin, Namecoin, Monero, Dash, ZCash, Postcoin, Peercoin, Vertcoin, GameCredits and other Cryptocurrency.
8.7.4. Paxum.
8.7.5. Perfectmoney.
8.7.6. All payments accepted via Payssion.com: DOKU, South Africa Credit Cards, Boleto Brasil, WebMoney, Russian Credit/Bank Card, Moneta, Neosurf, SOFORT Banking, Trustly Banking, iDeal, AliPay and others.
8.7.7. Skrill payments.
8.8. If services is suspended or terminated because of customer abuse or TOS violation, payments is not refunded!
8.9. Our main accounting currency is EUR. Prices in all other currencies may fluctuate depending on the purchase date/time other currency exchange rate.
8.10. Renewal payments, payment overdue, services suspension and termination of Shared hosting, Resellers plans and VPS Servers plans:
8.10.1. Payments for outstanding services renewal invoices has to be made no later than the invoice due date.
8.10.2. If unpaid renewal invoice is past due date for a 1 day, then unpaid overdue services is suspended.
8.10.3. If unpaid renewal invoice is past due date for a 7 days, then unpaid overdue services is permanently terminated.
8.10.4. Suspended services for the overdue reasons (payment overdue for a 1-6 days) can be restored only after we receive payment.
8.10.5. Terminated services (payment overdue for a 7 or more days) cannot be restored, even if we receive payment.
8.11. Renewal payments, payment overdue, services suspension and termination of Dedicated servers :
8.11.1. Payments for outstanding dedicated servers renewal invoices has to be made no later than the invoice due date.
8.11.2. If unpaid dedicated server renewal invoice is past due date for a 1 day, then unpaid overdue dedicated server is suspended and 10% server monthly price late fees is added to the dedicated server renewal invoice.
8.11.3. If unpaid dedicated server renewal invoice is past due date for a 3 days, then unpaid overdue dedicated server is permanently terminated.
8.11.4. Suspended dedicated servers for the overdue reasons (payment overdue for a 1-2 days) can be restored only after we receive payment for renewal invoice with added payment late fees.
8.11.5. Terminated dedicated servers (payment overdue for a 3 or more days) cannot be restored, even if we receive payment.
8.12. PayPal payments terms and conditions:
8.12.1. PayPal payments is accepted via 2checkout.com payment processor.
8.12.2. PayPal payments is accepted only from a Verified PayPal accounts.
8.12.3. All PayPal payments has to pass 2checkout.com anti-fraud checks. If PayPal payment not passes 2checkout.com anti-fraud checks, then it is refunded by 2checkout.com back to a payers PayPal account. In this case please choose other payment method.
8.13. All customers disputes/claims/refunds and services issues has to be resolved directly with CINFU. Any customer claims/disputes for CINFU services which was rised/opened/resolved not directly with CINFU, but through payment system/processor (credit card-issuing bank (chargeback), PayPal (dispute, claim), and so on.) is considered as fraud, and this creates all the associated consequences for such customer.

9. DOMAINS REGISTRATIONS AND SSL CERTIFICATES CONDITIONS AND LEGAL INFORMATION

9.1. Registrant shall further endeavor to familiarize themselves with the Registrant Rights and Responsibilities applicable while registering gTLDs.
9.2. Because of legal jurisdiction applicable to our domain registry local laws, we cannot provide domains registrations and SSL certificates for the customers of the following countries: Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan and Syria.

10. LIABILITY

10.1. You are fully liable to all activities on your hosted websites, accounts and servers, even these activities is not performed directly by you.
10.2. You are fully liable to keep your accounts and all passwords safe and secure. In case of login password was lost, then it can be reset by using password reset form. For security reasons account primary email address cannot be changed externally by the external request without authorization, so you have to keep your account primary email secure, because you cannot change account email address if you cannot login inside your client area. Account email address can be changed ONLY inside client area AFTER successful login. Please use strong, different and secure passwords for all your accounts and mailboxes.
10.3. CINFU is not liable for any kind of customers hosted information and activities. CINFU will not condone any unlawful activities and will cooperate with law enforcers by providing all necessary information about unlawful customers or users.
10.4. CINFU is not liable for any kind of losses may occur to customers, visitors or third parties: Use CINFU services at your own risk.

11. PAYMENT INFORMATION

11.1. You agree to supply appropriate payment for CINFU services in advance of the time period during which such services are provided.
11.2. You agree that until and unless you notify CINFU of your desire to cancel any or all services received, those services will be billed on a recurring basis.

12. TERMS OF SERVICE VALIDITY AND CHANGES

12.1. These Terms of Service are valid for the entire period of active services.
12.2. CINFU reserves rights to change these Terms of Service at any time and without advance notice.
